When I ordered our replacement cushions for our patio suite, we knew how late we had left it and had absolutely no expectation that we would have them for our Jubilee celebration. Well, imagine our surprise and delight when a courier ( who was also lovely- both polite and very helpful) appeared with two huge black parcels - our cushions. What a fantastic service. If there were more companies like yours, this country would not be in its current mess. We had a really enjoyable time. From the moment we walked and Gill was so welcoming and friendly we felt at ease and relaxed.

The basket making course was very informative and interesting. Ken is very patient and encouraging and tells so many fascinating tales we were entertained the whole time. Robert was so helpful and kept his eye on us ready to help us out if needed. And Carol....what can I say? She thoroughly added to the ambiance and experience.

I can only thank you all for such an interesting, instructive and enjoyable day and for the tea, coffee, biscuits and hospitality in general.

We are practicing our new skills so be warned we will be back when we get stuck, which won't be long!

It is with great pleasure that I passed on details of your business to The Associate Parliamentary Manufacturing Group (APMG) recently, informing them of the wonderful work that you do inside my constituency.
